1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using BePopular, you enter into a contract with the service provider identified in Section 2 below and you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Identification of the service provider
Services available through BePopular are provided by:

Hereinafter this entity may be referred to as the “Provider”; the website and brand is BePopular.
3. Description of services
BePopular provides digital social media promotion services (including, where applicable, delivery of followers, likes, and shares for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook), as described on the website.
Services are provided “as is” and do not guarantee commercial outcomes, increased sales, subsequent organic engagement, or permanent retention of interactions.
4. Nature of the services
The client understands and agrees that services represent technical delivery of interactions; delivered interactions cannot be withdrawn after delivery; social platforms may remove or adjust interactions over time; the Provider does not control social platform algorithms or policies.
5. Customer obligations
For correct delivery, the customer must keep the account public where required, provide a correct link or username, avoid changing account settings during delivery, and follow instructions on the service page and at checkout. Failure may result in failed delivery without refund where the error is attributable to the customer.
6. Orders and payments
Placing an order constitutes a firm purchase agreement under the conditions displayed on the site. Online payments are processed by Stripe; the Provider does not store full card data on its servers.
7. Delivery
Delivery usually starts within minutes or hours and may take longer depending on third-party platforms, volume, and the SLA shown for the service. An order is complete when the described delivery for that service has been performed.
8. Refunds
Digital services may start immediately after payment; withdrawal rights may be limited by applicable law once delivery has started. See our Refund & guarantee policy for details.
9. Warranty, retention and post-delivery fluctuations
BePopular can deliver the ordered service but cannot control users’ or platforms’ decisions after delivery and cannot guarantee permanent retention of the same level of interactions.
BePopular cannot guarantee a fixed, unchanging number of followers (or other interactions) after delivery, beyond express commitments for your specific order (e.g. warranty / refund policy).
If the client purchases followers (or equivalent services) from other providers during the warranty period or for the same account / link ordered from BePopular, the warranty for our order automatically ends in full, without prior notice.
10. Limitation of liability
BePopular / the Provider is not responsible for third-party platform actions, indirect losses, use contrary to platform policies or law, or delays caused by external factors. Total liability for any order claim is limited to the amount paid for that order, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Intellectual property
Website content belongs to the Provider or its licensors. Copying or redistribution without written consent is prohibited except for normal use to place orders.
12. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
The Provider may update these terms. The updated version takes effect when published on the site.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Courts in Romania shall have jurisdiction where permitted by law.
